Volunteers are a key part of the success of any event and the Bull Moon Ride and Run on Saturday August 6, 2022 is no exception.

The volunteer roles available are:
Advanced Check-In (4 volunteers needed)
- Time – Friday August 5th from 3-6 pm at Fleet Feet
- Duties – Provide bib and shirt to race participants and accept new registrations
Volunteer Check-In (2 volunteers needed)
- Time – 3:30 pm
- Duties - Greet individual volunteers as their shift begins and check them off the master list
Event Day New Registrations (2 volunteers needed)
- Time – 4:30 pm
- Duties – Accept and process new registrations
Race Day Check-In (6 volunteers needed)
- Time – 4:30 pm
- Duties – Provide bib and shirt to race participants and accept new registrations
ID Check (2 volunteers needed)
- Time – 4:30 pm
- Duties – Check ID and issue wrist band
Medical (2 volunteers needed)
- Time – 6:30 pm
- Duties – Provide first aid to participants as needed
Course Monitor - Run (Age 21+) (18 volunteers needed)
- Time – 5:45 pm
- Duties – Monitor and control vehicle access to the course during the running of the 5K
Course Monitor - Bike (Age 21+) (30 volunteers needed)
- Time – 5:45 pm
- Duties – Monitor and direct bikers during the bike ride
Bike SAG Driver (5 volunteers needed)
- Time – 6:00 pm
- Duties – Provide on-course support to bike riders in a particular portion of the course
Water Station (8 volunteers needed)
- Time – 6:30 pm
- Duties – Setup/take down water station and provide water to runners while on course.
Beer Server (4 volunteers needed)
- Time – 7:00 pm
- Duties - Assist beer provider with the distribution of the beer to participants
Food Server (10 volunteers needed)
- Time – 7:00 pm
- Duties - Assist caterer with the distribution of the food to participants
